Ordering and Shipping Cost FAQ
If you leave your email/phone number, you will receive an order confirmation once your order is successful. You will then receive a shipping confirmation once the item is packed and ready to be sent.
Any order will be sent when all the stock has arrived. This means if you have any preorder items in your order, we will wait for the preorder items to arrive before we ship everything together. If you would like for your in stock items to be shipped first, and pre-order later, please leave a note to us. We will review the order and work with you to advise on shipping, if needed.

Singapore - Normal Singpost Mail S$1.90 delivery fee if below min spend. Up to 10 working days once shipping confirmation is sent to the email/phone number. There is no tracking provided and no compensation for any lost mail.
Singapore - Courier service S$4.90 delivery fee if below min spend. Up to 3 working days once shipping confirmation is sent to the email/phone number. A tracking link is provided to the contact you provided us with. Any lost mail will be compensated.
